Looking for Best Tinga [San Antonio]

I am looking for who has the best tinga in San Antonio. The people on campus seem to think that San Antonio only has TexMex, and while I have found several good Mexican places, I have yet to find one that serves good tinga. I go to Trinity, but I am willing to drive. Also I prefer chicken tinga, but I can do pork as well. Finally, my Spanish is just decent enough to get by at a restaurant without english. On a side note, I am also looking for korean if you have any recommendations.

You can try Guajillos.They are on 1001 N.W. loop 410,phone, 210-344-4119

Iv'e never heard of tingas before, but did find some recipes for it.
And by typing in tingas in San Antonio, I got SA Current's review of Guajillos.
Also Acenar downtown has fancy duck tingas and i think also crabmeat ones.

That's a good question - I've travelled all over Mexico and have never heard of it. Maybe somewhere like El Mirador which has very authentic Mexican dishes (they actually specialize in soups)
