Croque-en-bouche in GTA?

janibee Feb 11, 2009 02:03 PM

My daughter is getting married to a French guy in the Spring & they want to have a
"croque-en-bouche" instead of a wedding cake. (It's like a mountain of profiteroles filled with cream & is common at French weddings)
Anyone have any ideas where we can track down a bakery or French patisserie in the GTA where we could order one?
Thanks for your help.

We had croquembouche at our wedding 23 years ago! Your best bets are Rahier, La Cigogne, Jules Patisserie, or Amadeus.

My Favorite is Pain Perdu on St Clair near Bathurst. Enjoy!
