bison cold cuts

A friend of mine asks does anyone has a source in NJ or online for bison cold cuts

years ago I ordered from www.kosherbison.com. Their products had a good quality. Because of the nature of the product, it has to be shipped next day. Between the cost of the meat and S&H, the cost was so high, I lost interest... Never mind :), I just tried to check the web site and it seems it doesn't exist anymore :), sorry

Kosher Marketplace on the UWS often has it so I would be surprised if a butcher in NJ couldn't get it if asked nicely.

I used to be able to get bison salami at Brach's and Gourmet Glatt. I LOVED It. But i haven't seen it in ages...

They used to be available in numerous places, but I haven't seen any in about six months. I used to almost always see them at Mazur's in Queens, as well as a few other places.
Lately . . . none.
