I think it is sweet and takes us to time when a expensive gourmet dinner wasn't everything. It is the thought and the love between two people, not the food. I for one refuse to go out on V'day, it is a pain, I cook at home but if my sig other asked me I could good, it is a simple pure thought that goes back to the days when that was a big deal.
