I will keep this general so as not to "run afoul" of posting rules.
I am an organizer of a cookoff, run for a charitable purpose. I would like to invite people to enter this cookoff. It is a regional cookoff, that is sanctioned by a governing body.
Would a posting such as this be allowed on the regional board.

No, sorry, it wouldn't. We don't allow the message boards to be used to publicize anything, even good causes and non-profit events.
