Anyone been to Riverside Manor in Paterson?
After watching the building being renovated for years it seems, my wife and I stopped in to check it out. The hostess volunteered to show us the entire place, then we stayed for lunch.
For less than the price of any chain restaurant, we were treated to tablecloths and silverware, a charming young waitress sporting a tie, and large, delicious portions, complete with fries served in a cone held in a rack. We are looking forward to returning for dinner soon.
I actually went there for Valentine's Day dinner and the food was amazing. The place was buzzing, romantic singer was singing oldies form Frank Sinatra and there was a DJ upstairs. Considering how busy the place was, we got a great service. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would definetly recommend the place. There's really nothing like it in the Paterson area.
