Dinner in the Eastern Townships

I will be sking in the townships and am looking for a nice place to have dinner. At this point I am up for anything and everything.

Townships are a big place - where are you skiing? Bromont? Sutton? Orford? Owl's head?

There was a thread a while ago (within the last 6 months) asking the same thing, and it did get some responses.

I am sking at Owl's Head but am willing to drive for a fine meal.

Manoir Hovey in North Hatley is 5-star dining, and is quite a wonderful experience.

I stayed and ate there several years ago, and really enjoyed the food. The best was a fish dish that was cooked and served in a Mason jar, with all of the components layered. You had to dig through to the bottom to get a bit from each layer.

The accomodations there, though, left a lot to be desired.
