Potstickers at Bund Shanghai?

Has anyone had any of the other dumplings at Bund Shanghai besides the XLB and the pan fried buns?

When I was there, I saw some people eating what looked like potstickers...were they the beef potstickers? Do they also have other pork dumplings? What about the boiled dumplings?

Also, what exactly is a shepherd's purse?

Shepherd's purse is a herb (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsella...).

Haven't tried other dumplings aside from XLB and shen jien bao (pan-fried buns).

hmm, I guess maybe people haven't tried them. I am probably going tonight and will have to do the trying out myself :)
