Looking for good ethnic or cheap or casual in Easton

I did do a search, but it's hard to find much (except a whole lot of things on Easton Rd (gee, thanks, search engine)). If nothing fits the above descriptors, how about anything good that comes to mind? Could be a bar w/ decent food- whatever, but preferably NOT something puffed up and pricey. Atmosphere not important. Thank you, fellow/sister hounds.

Here are some pretty casual places in Easton. Don't know how current the list is.

Thanks again. I wrote all that down in case we don't get into Sette Luna, which doesn't take reservations. I'm glad there's Chowhound.

Thanks! Sette Luna sounds perfect. We're going to try for that.

Pearly Baker's is pretty good - right on the square and it doesn't have to cost a lot. Pizza D'oro is up on college hill - good home, style Italian & good Pizza. They've been there 30+ years.

We'll be in Easton Sunday night Feb. 15. and have similar needs. No hot dogs for us though. Any suggestions? We are staying downtown. Thanks.

Consider Cherubina, an old-style Italian restaurant less than a mile from the down town area. No web site but you can find their phone number on-line. Don't know if they are open on Sunday.

A friend who lives in Easton considers this the best restaurant in the city.

There are lots of fun hotdog joints in the Easton area. Checkout Holly's Hotdog page.

An Easton-Style dog seems to be mustard, onions, and a pickle spear. I enjoyed Toby's Cup which is just across the river and have heard good things about Richard's drive-in (Greasy dicks).
