where do foodies eat in savannah?

I'm headed to savannah for the weekend and would love a couple of great recommendations for "the best of savannah." We're looking for a great brunch place, authentic southern food, and maybe one fancier dinner. Also, I'd love to know where to go out after dinner for drinks...
Sorry this is so vague, but I'm really open to all suggestions for the best food in savannah. We are all pretty sophisticated, adventurous and want to get a real taste of all that savannah has to offer.
