Fine dining in NYC with vegetarian options

Hi Everyone,
I am going to be NYC this weekend to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. We want to take her somewhere nice (on the scale/quality of Dovetail or WD50) with some vegetarian options. I am open to Brooklyn or Manhattan...Any suggestions?? I would really love some help!

Do not know if considered fine dining, but really like Hangawi in little Korea

Eleven Madison is definitely great for a very nice option, as is Gramercy Tavern. I also had a nice vegetarian lunch at Tabla.

Tabla looked great. But we decided to go with Dovetail -- they apparently do vegetarian options on request. Blue Hill was at the top of the list, but the only thing that they had open this weekend was a Valentine's Day prix fixe which I wasn't too excited about. Thanks for all the help again!

Al of the following offer vegetarian options, though some require advance notice (up to 72 hours) to accommodate, so be sure to check:

        Daniel
        Jean Georges
        Aquavit
        Eleven Madison Park
        Bouley
        Picholine
        Cafe Boulud
        Blue Hill
        Cru
        Gramercy Tavern

I was just checking out those restaurants- my husband is vegetarian but doesn't like it when they say they will make something for him- he prefers to choose from preferably 2 options! Picholine has a vegetarian menu! We're going to try it out on our anniversary next week.
