Does anyone make any Ontario grown stell cut (or Scottish) oats? I'm pretty sure the President's Choice once come from out West, and are packaged in the US.

Oak Manor Farms, an Ontario company, sells steel-cut oats http://www.oakmanorfarms.ca/Product.p...
Although they do grow a lot of the grains they mill, they source some of their grains from across Canada, so you'd have to contact them to find out whether their oats are grown in Ontario.
Oak Manor's products are readily available at supermarkets and natural foods stores in Ontario.

All their grains -- except for the hard wheat, used for bread flour -- are grown in Ontario, according to the company.

I spotted Ontario steel cut oats at 4 Life Natural Foods - corner of Augusta and Nassau in Kensington Market.
