Frankly, I'm not that knowledgable about Lebanese cuisine and what differentiates it from other Middle Eastern cuisines. But I do recall overhearing that the owner of Fattoush is Lebanese. And I really like Fattoush. Their menus are on-line here:
http://www.fattoush.com/Menu.html

Does that qualify?

If Fattoush is as good as its sister restaurant Dishdash in Sunnyvale, that would be very good indeed.

If you're in the East Bay, I like Wally's Cafe at the back of the Bank Club on San Pablo near Adeline. Park across the street.

A friend says Tannourine is worth a visit if you're in San Mateo, which I guess means not worth a special trip. Anyway, definitely Lebanese.

I think that the Mediterranean in Concord on Willow Pass is owned by a Lebanese family. It's been a while since I read the old restaurant review on the wall, but I think that's what it says. This is a small, unpretentious place in the Park n Shop center with great food.

Habibi in Fremont is Lebanese. We haven't been there in years, but we used to go fairly often when we were in Fremont more than we are now. We liked it.

In the North Bay, check out Aram's in Petaluma. It's owned by an Armenian-Lebanese family.
