Condado area of San Juan, PR
I am will be staying in the Condado area of San Juan, PR and would like recommendations on places to eat dinner. I do not want to take a cab and only want to walk everywhere. I am looking for caual, moderately priced places where I don't have to dress up. I am not looking for fats food places.
Also, since most restaurants in the hotels are over-proced, where can I go in the morning to grab a cup of coffee or get something to eat.

If you walk along Avenida Ashford just east of the Condado Plaza hotel (in the direction away from Old San Juan), there are a few places that look right out on the water. I like to find one with a seat by the windows and enjoy a mojito or a cold beer and some food. The cuisine is basically Mexican, and the food is okay, but the overall value and setting make it really pleasant. If you want great seafood, in a slightly upscale setting, try Miro, which is closer to the Marriott hotel. Its not as casual as the ones on the water, but the food is excellent.
