Black Garlic - recipes - how to use best

I just bought some black garlic and look forward to its arrival - anyone have ideas on how to use it best or any recipes?

  1. I used a food processor and blened about ten to twelve pieces of black garlic, olive oil, half a lime and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and it was delicious. I eyeballed it, so can't give measurements. good luck
