Open on Monday?

I would like to go to a romantic place to eat in Fresno or Clovis Or... ON Monday. I need a place that is open on monday, it's our anniversery!

    All of the places I would normally recommend won't work .... let's see - Chef's Table may be open. Haven't been to Ripe Tomato in years but it was always a romantic type of dinner. North India Bar & Grill ? - however the building itself is so big, I hesitate to say "romantic" - but the food is good. If you consider eating with your hands to be romantic, you might call Lucy's Lair (Ethiopian) and see if they're open.
