Lunar New Year festival (Albany)
Noon-3PM today, on lower Solano. Supposedly there's Asian food. If I can I'll head over there in an hour or so. Does anyone know anything more?

As the man in Happy Produce said, it is only the first year.
I didn't buy anything, but I did listen to a very talented whistler. There are 4 food booths on one block, with a stage in the middle. Kettle corn, so you know it's an official street fair; a booth selling a few tofu/sausage/shrimp dishes, the sign was kinda small so I couldn't see too well; Cafe Sofia selling spinach & feta and spinach & mushroom turnovers; a fund-raising booth for the school selling plates of rather greasy looking noodles.
