ground veal in Kansas City

Since most of you folks love food, I just wanted you to know that I found ground veal at the HyVee in Mission. I have several recipes that use this, and sometimes this can be tricky to locate. Funny thing, when I asked a meat counter rep where to find it, he sent out the Mgr who asked exactly what I was planning to use this for! My fear is that they won't stock it long if the demand is low, so anyone wanting to use ground veal....head this direction!

Price Chopper in Brookside always carries ground veal - just ask the meat counter. I'd suspet McGonigles has it in their freezer as well.

Cosentino's in Brookside and Downtown always have very good ground veal.
