Agree with everything above. It's fine, but not worth traveling for. I had ridiculously bad service there once, coupled with incompetent management, so it's tilted to "not worth it" for me.

It's utilitarian. You won't gag on the food, but won't be wowed either. It's cheap and reasonably tasty. And yes, the acoustics are atrocious.

I think it was marginally better before they changed the menu and started opening new branches. Acoustics are awful.

It's cheap. The food is inoffensive--that's about the best I can say for it. I usually order the grilled cheese...
