I have heard rumors that Ann Cashion and Teddy Folkman (Granville Moore's) are part of the team developing the menu. Joe Englert is mentioned in the article. I know he has done some great stuff recently with Veritas, Enology and Granville Moore's. This place doesn't seem to be in the same vein, but looks great nonetheless.
