Holidays in Lesbos

Greetings all. Cashing in all my airmile points and heading for Greece in late May. My wife and I are considering a 8-9 day stay in Lesbos.

We have never been to the island and we are anxiously looking for some great food finds.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
