Does anyone know of a place that makes a good Zig Zag Roll in LA? Zig Zag roll= Deep fried soft shell crab with avocado, scallion and masago sauce wrapped in soy paper. Thanks!!

have you tried california roll factory on the westside? they have tons of rolls created by their customers hung on the walls. if that's not one of them, i'm sure they could make it for you.

be sure to try some of their other ones. if you like deep fried.. the evictor roll is yuuummy!

Even if the exact thing is not on the menu, they would probably be able to make it for you at somewhere like Zip Fusion:
