There is always so little on this board about Frankfurt, so I thought that I would review a restaurant that we very much enjoyed a few weeks ago.
There might be a drawback for non-smokers who hate smoke, although the restaurant wasn't smoky at all, but does allow smoking.
It is called The Ivory Club, and is situated very centrally.
This is a British Colonial Indian restaurant, and quite beautiful, as well.
Perfect service, attentive, but not fawning.
We often go to India, but we were served the best Tandoori chicken that I have ever eaten, and served with three sauces.
The Vindaloo was perfectly prepared as well, and the Biryani was near perfect.
The app's were more fusion, and quite delicious.
We shared a assortment platter, and cleaned the plate between the three of us.
The one downside was the lack of "kick", especially the Vindaloo, but they brought out some in house hot sauce, and we were fine.
