Who: Richard Blais, 1998 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and chef star on the fourth season of Bravo's Top Chef

What: Chef Blais will prepare an 8-10 course dinner centered around foods abundant in the Mendocino Wine Country, and a number of those Blais introduced on the Top Chef

When: Saturday, Feb. 7th, 5:30-8:00 p.m.

Where: The Restaurant at Stevenswood Spa Resort, 8211 N Highway 1, Mendocino, CA 95456
