What would you order a la carte at Providence?

  1. Anything. =) We are there about two weeks ago and everything was excellent.

    1. the boulebaise (sp?). it looked fantastic on 1/23/09

      1. if you're into foie gras like i am, their seared foie gras is one of the best preparation in LA :)

        Also, I highly recommend a fish dish - that's their specialty and the sous-vide cod I had there was otherworldly.
