MSP-Bahn Mi-Richfield/Bloomington

I continually crave the excellent Bahn Mi from Pho Tau Bay. I cannot get there during the day to get them, or on weekday evenings (they do not make them then). Is there anywhere in the Richfield/Bloomington area that I can get these?
