Dim Sum in Rowland Heights?

I'm new to the area and live in Claremont. Could anyone give me a good suggestion for Dim Sun in Rowland Heights? Thanks.

      Personal Favorite of ours is Hong Kong Palace on Colima and Nogalas. Traditional cart style Dim Sum

      Happy harbor would be second choice.

        Second Hong Kong Palace. It's been around a while. Not on the the level of Sea Harbour but solid and cheap. Also our favorite in Rowland Heights.

        Two of the more popular ones that are always busy in the weekend. Happy Harbor and New Capital. I would suggest going early to New Harbor if you can.

          i 2nd happy harbor. very good dim sum. however, please note that happy harbor is order off the menu vs cart style dim sum.
