New York City-Raised Chefs?

I'm doing some preliminary research for a story idea, and I'm curious to know about NYC-based chefs who are actual New Yorkers (born and raised in the boroughs). Any help?

              DiSpirito, I think, is from LI.

              Micheal Lomonaco was born and raised in Hell's Kitchen.
