I can't confirm this ,but I heard that this store is being opened by the owner of Fumio's of West Orange.

Warshaw is the chef at Fumio. Not sure if he's the owner also, though.

My understanding is that Warshaw has not been the chef at Fumio's for at least a month if not more.

That address seems about right for where Pasta Factory was.

I think that it is across the street from Pasta Factory. Pasta Factory is open with ,from what I hear, a nice quality meat menu. Friends of mine enjoyed it.

Do you know the name of the new meat restaurant that replaced the Pasta Factory?

It's still called the Pasta Factory, and the decor and some of the pasta options remain the same. I was there earlier this week, and we really enjoyed our visit, although I'm still sad to lose a good dairy place. I had heard on another thread here that they were going to re-open a dairy place across the street fairly soon, but haven't seen anything concrete.

I heard they were planning on opening the dairy restaurant next door, in what was Goodman's hardware. They are trying to work out parking and other arrangements with the town, my source told me.
