Victory Bar makes great drinks, decidedly downscale and mellow. Secret Society is old skool and has a focus on Pre-prohibition era drinks. 820/Mint is a stallwart in Portland for drinks. also, I have never been but have heard that Lovely Hula Hands makes some interesting, and well recieved cocktails! If you're looking for a broader selection of beer, good cocktails with a cozy lounge atmosphere, then you might like Gilt Club. Bonus: their kitchen is open late!
