South Philly or center city brunch?

Not looking to do $50+ a person- more looking for nice options with entree options under $15 for a leisurely Sunday Brunch with friends. Any great places where we will not feel totally rushed.

Gotta say Sabrina's. I love that place, and I recently found out you can request half portions of the gigantic meals, so you can get the same delicious stuffed French toast, but be able to finish it. And it will obviously be half price as well. 910 Christian Street.

Also, while they don't take reservations per se, if you call about an hour ahead of time they will put you on the waiting list to reduce your sidewalk wait time. I've done this bunches of times with large groups (10 or more) and never had to wait more than 30 minutes even with that many people.

I'd suggest Beau Monde at 6th and bainbridge. Reasonably priced, something for everyone and I have sat for ages (and tipped for the time, of course!)
