40th birthday ideas

I will be celebrating my 40th birthday in March in San Francisco and am looking for some fun, moderately priced ideas for dinner, entertainment, etc. The door is open to any suggestions. Thx!

  1. can you share a little about yourself? where are you coming from? what kind of food do you desire? how many in your party? drinkers? will you be spending the night? if so, where?

    1. I don't know in what area you'll be staying or what type of food you like, so I'm just suggesting some American restaurants with moderate prices that are good for special occasions: PlumpJack Cafe or Jack Falstaff.

      If you like different ethnic foods, perhaps try Aziza, a nice Moroccan restaurant that serves tapas-style food.
