  1. Lure's is a nice spot and a welcome addition to the area. It opened in the space formerly occupied by the fabulous Sputnik Cafe. The Lure's menu is much more traditional -- good burgers, salads, simple steaks, crab cakes, some sandwiches, etc. Two go-to items for me are the rockfish bites appetizer (pieces of rockfish battered, deep fried, and served with a couple of dipping sauces) and the kobe burger. Lure's brings live music in on the weekends and can be VERY loud at times. There's usually a good crowd. All in all, this is a good spot.

Thanks Ichabod......it's funny, your two-go-two items are the things I was looking at on the menu........I know it's probably not the same, but the Green Turtle in Edgewater had rockfish sliders this past summer....couldn't get enough of them.......Thanks for the review....sounds good.....
