50th bday surprise dinner for approx. 40 people

My sister and I are planning a surprise birthday dinner for our mother, who is turning 50 this year. We're looking for a good restaurant that can accommodate our party. We're hoping to find something in the Concord-Westford-Marlboro area. We've looked at Fortunato's in Lowell but their private room is a little blah. Any suggestions for 35-45 people would be greatly appreciated.

Blumie's made an excellent suggestion here, IMO. Their Library Room is listed as accommodating 42 people and their main dining room for 80 .
