I am looking for a French restaurant in the Ginza area with a course menu for under 10000 yen.
This does not have to include wine. Does anyone have any specific recommendations?

I like Beige, if that serves as a reference points but its obviously outside the budget for this event. Bistro style is actually ok too.

Not really interested in Paul Bocuse or L'Ecrin.

Well, there's Tateru Yoshino in southern Ginza (Shiodome): http://www.tateruyoshino.com/
(They have a Ginza branch too but it's quite a bit more expensive.)

L'osier at Ginza has two out of the five courses below Yen 10,000: http://www.shiseido.co.jp/e/losier/ht...

        Prix-fixe dinners are Y19,000 and Y25,000 at L'Osier. Lunches are Y6,800 to Y11,000.

yeah, would like to go to L'Osier, but like Robb said, dinner starts from Y 19,000.

I will look into Tateru Yoshino, thanks.

Yeap, if you insist on dinner, then forget about L'Osier.

not so much "insisting", rather its the only option since we all work during the day and the party is scheduled in the evening. thanks anyway.
