Chocolate in Vancouver - Reasonable Price

I am looking for decent quality bittersweet chocolate to make desserts such as mousse, cakes etc. I have tried gourmet warehouse and they have variety but I am not sure if there prices are good. Are there any suppliers which might supply the food industry but also sell to the public at good prices? Also appreciate recommendations on the best reasonably priced chocolate to buy for baking etc.

Thanks
Phil

Thanks EMF and everyone. So far Charlie's seems best at about $7/lb and someone suggested Galloways which I am going to check as well.

    Cheers

We were just talking about this topic tonight! I found the prices for bulk Callebaut (my favourite) to be competitive at Gourmet Warehouse, and the quality, freshness and vacuum packaging to be superior to anywhere else I've purchased it, including at Famous Foods, which is generally my go-to place for bulk foods. You could call both and ask for the per 100g price, I suppose, but I give GH the edge...

Costco used to have big hunks of good chocolate...they might still have it, but I haven't looked for it.
