There are many words in the English language that I love. Regarding cooking a few of my favorite words are :
chiffonadejuliennemise en place
dimsumgirl.........I missed that one.Yes .Julienne....Such a sexy word.Thanks for bringing it up

I like that one, interesting conotations :) Sort of funny.I like and do use dollop all the timeJulienne is good too
