Russian Food in Portland?

Is there, was there, a cafe that also offered a few Russian specialties, like pilmienie, in Portland? I ate their food at a street fair on Congress a couple years ago. Thanks.

There is a store, Madeo, in Westbrook (adjacent to Portland) that sells a lot of Russian foods, mostly imported tins and jars, and a good selection of fresh and cured sausages.

There is a Polish Deli/Take out on Stevens Avenue called Bougashas which has some traditional eastern European food. Check them out

There was a small Russian restaurant where Bresca is now located. I asked the owner about a dish that I saw on the menu but never made it back to actually try it.
