    I don't know about the best, but the parental units enjoy the cakes at Fish Cafe (I sadly have a crab sensitivity).

      Provence Marinaside had pretty good looking crab cakes the last time I was there (a long time ago now)..I didn't have them, a coworker did...he said they were very good.

        Another couple of possibilities: Crave on Main, again second hand but found worthy IIRC. And how about the Fish House? They do theirs with crispy angel hair pasta which sounds great but alas I cannot try them to find out :-(.

            I remember the crab cakes being pretty good at the cat's meow, but this was a while ago.
