Where can I find annatto seeds in Toronto?

I'm hitting SLM and Big Carrot tomorrow morning, so I wonder if anyone's seen annatto seeds at either of these two locations. If not, I'll make an unenthusiastic detour...

I just bought some at the bulk place on the corner of Baldwin & Augusta. World of Spice has them too.

I usually pick it up at any filipino store or chinese market with a filipino section, we call it achuete, or any latin market under achiote.
