Looking for good dessert places in the Village open past 10PM for a post show treat. Leaning toward French. Thanks.

Not sure where in the Village you mean but Rocco's on Bleecker (near 6th Ave.) is my all-time favorite.

Hearth has some great dessert choices, particularly their gourmet take on apple cider donuts.

        West Village or East Village?

Assuming "the village" = West Village, I would go to Blue Ribbon Bakery for their chocolate bruno. Yum.

I guess we'll be in NoHo, technically, so anything's fine as long as it's not in Alphabet City or too west.

If you're in the mood for something REALLY sweet, head over to Momofuku Milk Bar (13th & 2nd)

Worth mentioning that milk bar has no seats... it's more of a run in and run out kind of place, not really suitable for lingering over coffee or anything like that.

REALLY sweet is almost an understatement. Caps lock and all.
