Fine dining in New London, NH area?

HI guys...this may be a futile quest, but I'm trying to find a great restaurant open for Sunday dinner (husband's 50th birthday) in the area of Sunapee/New London/general southern NH area. In the past we've had fantastic meals at the New London Inn, but they are not open for dinner on Sunday. The Meeting House Inn in Henniker sounded good but the place appears to be closed, alas. The basic idea is to stay someplace nice on Sunday night, have a great meal, and ski at Sunapee the next day, so ideally the place would be within an hour of the mountain. Thanks for any guidance you can offer!

I know the perfect spot --- The Inn at Pleasant Lake. You can check their web site. They offer lodging as well as fine dining.
