Lidia's Chard, Chicken Liver ravioli--anyone have recipe
Anyone that saw the broadcast remember any of the quantities? I have a general idea, but I'm not sure.
Can't find it. I'm going to check again. They do say that not all recipes are posted. yeah, I've checked on the site and can't find it. It's pretty straight forward, I'm assuming (from eyeballing the quantities): 1lb of chicken liver, 1 lb ricotta, head of chard, 1/2 cup of parm and 1 egg. I'm just not sure how much pasta to make. I'm thinking of doing around 1.5 lbs of fresh dough, just in case. I can always roll it out and cut it for tagliatelle..
