anyone know the name of the small tempura restaurant on aoyama-dori...past prada, etc as the street gets small?  it's on the corner, covered in ivy.
someone had recommended it and said it was amazing, but don't have the name to make a res.

      <content>You are thinking of Miyakawa, in the Palace Aoyama building across the street from the Nezu Museum.  Looks old-style/old-fashioned, not that there is anything wrong with that.  Never been there, but been wanting to try it before either (a) the building is torn down (that thing is ripe for redevelopment in a Tokyo way big time), or (b) the chef croaks or hangs up his toque in disgust as to what this world has come to.
