The sleet is pounding on the window, spring is long away, will some restaurant in this "foodie town" make a sustaining cassoulet?
I've had Cassoulet in Portland at Both 555 and Bar Lola. I've also heard that it's been on the menu at Brian Boru.
Does Bar Lola still do "small plates"? A small plate of cassoulet would be a shame.BB's was a special I missed. Thanks for the tip about 555!
