Burger and Beer Near Foley Sq.

Can someone please recommend a place to get a solid burger and beer tonight within walking distance of Foley Square/Courts/Municipal Bldg.? Much appreciated.

I am embarrassed to say , where's foley square? ok the courts , so your near tribeca, near chinatown. Best burger around in those parts are at Walker's and good beer there too. its on N. Moore St. and Varick,,, 5 minute walk from the courts.
