Rabbit in YVR

I came across an awesome looking recipe for rabbit fricassee with tagliatelle (okay, from Gordon Ramsay's F Word) and I'm curious where I could source a whole rabbit in town. I'm guessing the Point Grey Butcher has it from reviews I've seen online, but where else should I look? And, as a student, knowing my costs is important. How much do you think I should expect to pay for a whole rabbit?

We'll see if I actually make the recipe, but it did look delicious on the show and I'm curious about sourcing this rather tasty ingredient.

    Urban Fare sells frozen rabbit. I don't recall the price, though. I think I have seen it at Bosa as well.

      Stong's carries rabbit, I think its fresh.

        I just bought fresh rabbit at Bosa (the big one) last Friday for about $20.

          I think Oyama Sausage co. in Granville Island has rabbit

            Several places at Granville Island have them fresh.
