I-5 eats from San Jose to LA

Anyone know a good place to eat off I-5 going from San Jose to Los Angeles? Not Harris Ranch...but, dinerlike and not too pricey? I've gone to the Apricot Tree and I am not too fond of it. Thanks

Great list, only thing I see missing is the taco truck on Avenue 7 @ 4 miles east of I-5.

ROFL! Added Rositas truck (Russell and Nees Ave) - is this the same truck? I'd be surprised if the truck locations don't follow the local harvests.
