this is lot 1 on sunset in echo park, hard by patra's charbroiled hamburgers.

Yeah, and on weekends for brunch they're doing all you can eat pancakes for like 6 bucks, I'm not kidding.
I haven't tried either, but I'm more likely to eat there now as the former $18 cheese plates were an absurd idea for this neighborhood.
