Take Out for Party in Palm Springs

My fiancee and I are having an 80-person cocktail party at a house we're renting in Palm Springs. Every caterer we talk to wants to turn it into a 60-per-person affair, and we just want people to eat well without feeling like they're at a stuffy wedding.

Anybody know of a local restaurant that can do take-out or delivery for that many people? Middle Eastern, Spanish, things like that would be great. Thanks!

Google Jensen's Fine Foods, a market in Palm Springs. They have some wonderful foods and they are most helpful.
Try Bouchon"s, a deli in rancho Mirage. They also cater. Excellent foods and great service.
